Margot joined Dyno Nobel in 2020 as Operations Manager for the Arctic team in Calgary, AB, bringing a background in chemical engineering and mining operations. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and is trained in Lean Six Sigma. Prior to Dyno Nobel, she gained valuable experience in operations, engineering, and process optimization in Saskatchewan's mining sector.

In 2022, Margot transitioned into the role of DNA Engineering Manager, where she led the commercial capital project engineering team. The following year, she was promoted to General Manager, Asset Care & Engineering, taking on responsibility for project management, asset care, and mobile asset engineering. In late 2024, she moved into her current role as General Manager, Engineering, where she focuses on delivering effective technical solutions for the DNA business. Margot is passionate about continuous improvement and developing her team’s potential.

Margot lives in Alberta, Canada with her husband Riley and stepdaughter Harper.
