Conrado Guimarães is an Application Specialist for Crushing and Screening at Sandvik, business area Rock Processing, supporting the North American market across the United States and Canada. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering, complemented by a degree in manufacturing processes and an MBA in sales management from the University of São Paulo (USP/ESALQ).

Conrado began his professional career with Sandvik in Brazil in 2013, working in technical sales support for crushing and screening solutions. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in equipment selection, process design, plant optimization, and technical customer support for both mining and aggregates applications.

With more than 12 years of industry experience, Conrado supports sales teams, distributors, and customers by providing application engineering, equipment selection, process optimization, proposal development, and technical training. His responsibilities also include conducting plant audits, evaluating crushing circuit performance, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting complex capital equipment projects across North America.

Conrado is also an active member of Sandvik's Global Process Experts (GPE) network and is a certified Crushing Chamber Champion. He is passionate about improving crushing circuit performance through data-driven engineering, standardized application practices, and the adoption of digital tools and artificial intelligence to enhance technical sales processes and customer support.
