Lance Griffin is a Penn State Mining Engineer with over 45 years of experience in both Underground and Surface mining operations.  Presently, Mr. Griffin is the Director of Aggregate Operations for the Cemex South Central Region which encompasses Texas and resides in New Braunfels, Texas.  He is experienced in all aspects of mine operations, community relations, engineering design and maintenance for both plants and mobile.
