Nate Schaefer serves as Senior Manager of DynoConsult – US & Mexico at Dyno Nobel, managing technical consulting teams across major aggregate, coal, and metals operations.

Starting with Dyno Nobel in 2020 as a Field Consultant, he progressed through senior technical and regional leadership positions, including Embedded Engineering Manager for Peabody operations in the Illinois Basin and Consulting Manager DynoConsult for the Eastern US.

He brings hands-on expertise in blast optimization, proprietary vibration modeling, and advanced field measurement technologies. Nate holds a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
